SMC Bill Entry Connector — Terms of Use

SMC Bill Entry Connector is a private software tool owned and used by Sponseller & McGary Construction, Inc. ("SMC").

Who can use it. The tool is used only by SMC and its authorized staff. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other person or business.

What it does. The tool reads vendor invoices received by SMC and enters them as bills in SMC's own QuickBooks Online company. It does not access any other company's QuickBooks account.

No warranty. The tool is provided as-is for SMC's internal use. SMC reviews and approves entries before they are made.

Disconnecting. Access to QuickBooks can be removed at any time from SMC's QuickBooks account settings.

This is a simple notice for a private internal tool, not a formal legal agreement. That's all Intuit needs for this kind of app. If you ever offer the tool to other companies, a lawyer should write real terms.
