SMC Bill Entry Connector — Privacy Policy

SMC Bill Entry Connector is a private tool used only by Sponseller & McGary Construction, Inc. ("SMC").

What it handles. The tool reads vendor invoices that SMC receives by email and enters them as bills in SMC's own QuickBooks Online company. This covers vendor names, invoice numbers, dates, amounts, and the project each cost belongs to.

How it's used. The information is used only to keep SMC's own books. It stays within SMC's Google Workspace and QuickBooks accounts.

Sharing. SMC does not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone.

Disconnecting. Access to QuickBooks can be removed at any time from SMC's QuickBooks account settings.
